Our school , within the system Quality Management (ELOT 1433: 2008), every year performs Satisfaction Survey Parents with target you evaluate and upgrade of its services.
This research is an important tool for planning and implementing improvement actions in areas of activity.
Below will see, with the form charting, the results of this year’s investigation, stating responded 95% of parents of our school. Held in June 2012 and for the school year 2011-2012.
